Customer-facing Production Agents

The Agentic AI Platform is the shared set of applications and services on which Trimble builds, runs, and governs AI agents — the common engine room beneath the AI capabilities in products and sites customers actually touch. Trimble Agent Studio is the place agents get built. Trimble Assist is the place they get used. The platform services are the layer underneath both: the agent orchestration runtime, the model gateway, the knowledge ingestion and retrieval services, the evaluation harness, the identity and access controls, and the safety enforcement that every agent — Trimble’s, a partner’s, or a customer’s — passes through. It is “agents as a service”: you bring the workload; the platform supplies the substrate, the guardrails, and the operational guarantees.
