UI Translations : Added translations for Passkey as MFA changes
User level Metrics : Implemented tracking for the state of current transactions/workflows and the total number of logins from the browser instance, with a time-to-live (TTL) value for the database record. This will help the team analyze unusual patterns and take appropriate actions.
Tech Debt : Updated the metric log event names for certificate operations on devices: the revoke certificate call is now logged as REMOVE_CERT_{FingerPrint}, and the add certificate call is logged as ADD_CERT_{FingerPrint}.

Fixed an issue where state transition records were not being removed from the global table after the TTL expired
Fixed an issue where data portability for SAML federated users was failing during transfers from the US to the EU
Fixed an issue where deleting a passkey from the manage passkey section was also clearing non-passkey MFA options
