Downloader Service Refactored for Enhanced Reusability: The downloader service has been refactored, segregating the core logic and moving DB/S3/SSM calls to the processor. A class library with the core logic of the downloader has been created for better reusability.

Azure Device Connection Status Update on Forced Disconnection: Fixed an issue where the Azure Device connection status was not updating in DynamoDB for forcefully disconnected devices, although updates occurred correctly for gracefully disconnected devices.
