Section titled “Enhancements”Azure device outbound messsaging API - offloaded to background service: To address high response times caused by Azure IoTHub transient issues, the processing of outbound requests has been offloaded to a background service. This change ensures almost real-time processing, and integrators will no longer experience timeouts during Azure outages. API requests will only fail in cases of throttling or payload validation failures.
