Device Unlock API Added to Bootstrap: Integrated the Device Unlock API into the Bootstrap service, allowing devices to be unlocked for consecutive certificate requests without the 24-hour lock period.
Device-Roles API Released: Introduced a new API to assign default and secondary roles to devices, streamlining and enhancing the IAM device provisioning workflow.
Limited Accounts to a Single Owner with Live Sync: Enforced rules to restrict each account to one owner, assigning additional users as secondary owners. Live sync ensures changes are applied in real time.
OpenSearch Migration Script Dry Run: Performed a dry run migrating ingestable accounts to OpenSearch indices, identifying bottlenecks and caveats to inform the full migration process.

Team Name & Description Validation Aligned: Resolved discrepancies in validation rules for team names and descriptions between IAM and APICloud during group migration, ensuring consistent validation across services.
Update API Mandatory Fields Fixed: Resolved an issue preventing individual field updates by removing the mandatory requirement for ‘manufacturer’ and ‘model’ fields in the Update API.
Search User Response “hasPicture” Field Fixed: Updated the search user response to include the “Picture” field only when a user has a picture, “hasPicture” field is now omitted when false, ensuring accurate representation.
User Metadata Storage Fixed: Corrected the issue where metadata details were incorrectly stored within the user payload during user detail updates, ensuring metadata is stored separately as intended.
Organizations/Search Endpoint 502 Timeout Resolved: Investigated and resolved 502 gateway timeouts in the organizations/search endpoint by analyzing logs and tuning timeout settings for improved reliability.
External Account Team Creation 500 Error Fixed: Resolved an issue where creating teams linked to specific external accounts caused 500 errors in Production.
Live OpenSearch Ingestion Issues Fixed: Resolved problems with live ingestion for accounts and organizations in OpenSearch, ensuring that updates and deletions are now correctly processed and reflected in the index.
