Section titled “Sorting”- Added a
sortOrderparameter to the List Folder Versions, List File Versions, and List Object Versions APIs, enabling results to be returned in ascending or descending order.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”- Space Membership Boundary: Introduces ACL support for granting edit-level access to users outside the space membership boundary on specific files or folders.
- Multi-file deletion: Added a new API endpoint to delete multiple files at once across different folders. Supports partial deletion (up to 100 files) and transactional deletion (up to 25 files), controlled via a query parameter.
File Service Processing Operations
Section titled “File Service Processing Operations”- Batch file upload: Added a new batch upload operation that enables the bulk uploading of files.
FedRAMP
Section titled “FedRAMP”- Single-part Upload/Download: Added support for single-part upload and download flows using S3 presigned URLs, along with activation route updates.
Performance
Section titled “Performance”- Download File: Moved malware scan notifications from the CDN layer to the API layer, improving data retrieval performance.
Infrastructure
Section titled “Infrastructure”- Replaced standard storage access keys with Azure RBAC-based authorization using Service Principals, restricting storage access strictly to permitted operations while maintaining system performance and functionality.
