Section titled “Data Experience: Objects”File Service previously supported two entity types: Files and Folders. This release introduces a third type, Objects.
Object entity
Section titled “Object entity”- Objects act as a container for a defined set of resources and associated actions.
- Objects share properties similar to files and folders so they can be addressed and managed in a consistent way alongside existing entities.
Object type configuration
Section titled “Object type configuration”- When an integrator needs Objects of a specific type, they define an object type configuration.
- That configuration supplies users and applications with the information required to access, interact with, and display Objects of that type.
