API Deployments - Service Principal secret keys to Managed Identity (MI) for API onboarding and updates on Azure API Management:
API Cloud team is currently using Azure Service Principal secret keys to onboard or update APIs on API Management instance. As part of this release, API Cloud team is migrating from Service Principal secret keys to Managed Identity (MI) for API onboarding and updates on Azure API Management (APIM). Azure access tokens obtained via Cognito will be used by applications to authenticate and perform API operations on respective APIM instances across all environments.
