Section titled “Features”- AWS API Resource Restructuring for Cleaner URLs: The AWS API resources have been restructured to align with a new URL convention, removing environment-specific identifiers from URLs for a streamlined approach.
- User Migration from v3 to v2 Console: Users from the v3 console have been successfully migrated to the v2 console, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of service.
- Enhanced Security with JWT Audience Claim Enforcement: The AWS Gateway now enforces the ‘audience’ claim for all newly created APIs, enhancing security by validating the audience claim obtained from JWTs.
- Regional Endpoints for Azure Gateway: Support has been added for regional endpoints in the Asia Pacific and Australia regions for the Azure Gateway.
Security and Compliance
Section titled “Security and Compliance”- Penetration Testing Fixes Implemented: Vulnerabilities identified during penetration testing in the Console UI, including Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks and unauthorized access to deprecated Apigee gateway references have been fixed.
Infrastructure and Performance
Section titled “Infrastructure and Performance”- Edge Router Changes for AWS: Edge router changes have been implemented to accommodate the new basepath convention changes, ensuring effective routing for AWS consumption domains.
